Destiny Paintball is back!
4/17/2012
After three years, Destiny promised to make a comeback. Now, in 2012, it's time. We just recently took 2nd place at the Vegas NPPL World Paintball Championships in D4. Introducing Destiny's rebirth, bringing back players like Bea Paxson, Kat Secor, Katie Kelley, Brittany Wagoner, Jackie Lon, and Becky Rai. They'll be playing in 2012 as a D4 5-man team in the NPPL and co-ed (mixing in with XClusive and Hitmen) in D2 at the PSP. Destiny brought on new players to the team to compete in D4. Destiny will also be running in the woods by playing alongside Coach Mike Paxson in the UWL, in big games, and scenarios. They'll also continue to play pump events, too, playing paintball the original way - one shot per pull. This North American Paintball Team isn't just unique because of its female rosters, but because our mission is to do more than just play paintball and compete. It's our hope to play paintball in all aspects of the game and play alongside those females that are new to the sport. It's also our hope to raise awareness of those in need, such as the Christian Lon Charity Event we held recently. We were able to raise $3,000 for the Charity while at the same time, teaching players the basic fundamentals of tournament paintball and hosting a 2-on-2 tournament. Finally, we plan to represent North American Female Paintball by competing overseas in only-female events. Don't be surprised if you see us in the States or overseas playing with other former Destiny players from the past, like Nichole McEvers, Ashley Noble, Kaarin Speckel (Schroepfer), Mona Hejazi, Seanette Taylor, Evelyn Choi, or Michelle Chavez.
